4/10/2023 - A safe and comfortable experience at AHRA’s 2023 Annual Meeting is a top priority for AHRA as we plan for your arrival at Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis this July.
 
PARTICIPANTS - Self-Screening and Personal Accountability Commitment
Attendees’ commitment to acting responsibly with respect to their own health and the health of others at the event will be critical to the success of AHRA’s Annual Meeting. AHRA expects all attendees and their guests to conduct daily self-screenings and to self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms.

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or test positive for COVID-19, or are exposed to someone who has COVID-19 symptoms or tested positive for COVID-19, during AHRA’s Annual Meeting, we ask that you please promptly notify an AHRA staff member and excuse yourself from the event activities to event activities.

Physical Greetings
Stickers for your badge will be available at registration for you to identify how comfortable you are with social greetings throughout AHRA 2023.
Red= no contact; let’s wave hello
Yellow = elbow bump is ok
Green = handshake, high five or hug is ok

• Hand sanitizer stations will be positioned throughout the meeting space.
• Meals: food and beverage service guidelines to reduce risks.
