COVID is like a fart that never really clears the room. Its lingering presence has made obtaining and retaining employees not only challenging but truly exhausting for imaging leaders. During this presentation, we will use humor to demonstrate how approaching retention post-COVID has to pull out tools never consider appropriate before COVID and share some insights as to how the University of Texas Medical Branch has taken their Limes and made PITCHERS of Margaritas for their team even bleeding into ambulatory imaging settings.
