Participants are not required to attend both Part 1 and Part 2 in order to receive credit. One (1) credit will be granted per session attended. This session will cover key strategies to recruit, interview, hire, coach, and retain talent in your imaging departments. The definition of a continuum is a continuous extent, succession, or whole, not part of which can be distinguished from neighboring parts. Our goal as leaders is provide the environment where great employees want to work. How do we find, engage, and retain those “great employees”? That is the question! This two-part session will offer you methods to help you approach human resource matters with understanding and patience, and will give you an overview of the process from recruitment to retention.
Part 1 will emphasize how to attract and hire for fit. We will focus on solid interviewing, and consistent onboarding. Team and relationship building skills will also be discussed.
Part 2 emphasizes the next step to team building through Employee Engagement. We will discuss some best practices with regard to setting clear expectations, conducting effective performance appraisals, and building accountability through employee coaching and counseling.
