Leaders of Choice Capstone

The first Annual AHRA “Leaders of Choice” (LOC) program will be completed at the Annual Meeting in Indianapolis in July. The program has been running since the 2022 Annual Meeting, with a series of Leadership webinars and during the last several months, participants have been working on individual Capstone Projects. Each participant was challenged to develop a Capstone that would benefit their individual radiology departments – for example by focusing on process improvement or perhaps improving staff engagement or building an exceptional patient experience. We will be marking the conclusion of the program with each participant reporting to the entire LOC group on their project, sharing goals, benefits, and progress to date. One of the objectives of the LOC program is to expand participants' experience leading and influencing the matrix organization while gaining visibility with senior leadership.
